Auskick is the first step in the Panthers football pathway, giving boys and girls aged 5–12 years a fun, safe, and inclusive introduction to football before progressing into our junior teams from Under 8s upwards.

Sessions run one hour per week, with a preseason program in November–December and regular training resuming in February. Some call it “organised chaos,” we call it really good fun! Game-based activities keep kids active, confident, and laughing while learning the basics of footy. Auskickers are divided by age, with optional all-girls groups.

Membership for the 2026 Auskick program is $99.

This covers all sessions and includes money-can’t-buy benefits.

Each Auskicker receives a footy pack with exclusive NAB AFL Auskick goodies, an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice (including access to games), and the chance to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes.

There’s no need for expensive kit — children can wear whatever they’re comfortable in.

Our Auskick program is proven and well-established, having run for over 12 years and now one of the largest centres in Victoria. We proudly welcome girls and offer a dedicated girls program within one of the largest female football clubs.

The program runs on a fantastic playing surface at Walter Street Reserve, with unlimited free parking for families. Auskickers also get the chance to play in grid games at Marvel Stadium or the MCG, creating unforgettable experiences.
